Situated in a converted 16th century well, a former part of a traditional Palazzo located in the pumping heart of Valletta, just minutes away from the hustle and bustle of the famous “Gut”, this makes it a perfect venue to unwind and chill over authentic food or platters accompanied with a nice bottle of Mother Nature’s grape juice. Opting for a blackboard menu is not an easy task. Thus this option ensures the freshest of ingredients are cooked in a simple way method, we will do our best to use local produce as much as possible because “Chefs are Ambassadors of their culinary identity” (Warren Cremona May 2018).
