At Margo's, we take you back to how things were 150 years ago. We only use organic buffalo mozzarella from Caserta (not Paestum), use a blend of wholesome, nutritious, and healthy flours (rye, Kamut, spelt, wholemeal, etc). We make our own ham, bacon, sausages, pancetta so that we do not inject water and chemicals. We burn wood to make smoke so we smoke our meats.
