Smack in the middle of Valletta, Margo's occupies an authentic Palazzo dating back to the days of the Knights, an original building from the creation of Valletta. At Margo's, we take you back to how things were 150 years ago. We only use organic buffalo mozzarella from Caserta (not Paestum), use a blend of wholesome, nutritious, and healthy flours (rye, Kamut, spelt, wholemeal, etc). We make our own ham, bacon, sausages, pancetta so that we do not inject water and chemicals. We burn wood to make smoke so we smoke our meats. We smoke our own fish, we cure our own meats, we make everything ourselves because no one makes them better than us, without chemicals. We serve only typical Italian and Neapolitan dishes.
